      This document outlines how to check the membership status of a contact.

      Target Audience


      This work process is intended for appointment setters and sales representatives as part of their due diligence. Appointment setters must check if a contact is an active member before attempting to set an appointment or sell a membership. 

      How to Check Membership Status


      1. Check if there is an active member list deal on the contact’s Hubspot account. This is how an account with an active membership looks like - 


      This is how a canceled account looks like - 



      1. Another way of checking if a contact has an active membership is to perform a NAME and EMAIL search in Chargify and in Stripe.

      Question : What should I do if I do not have access to Chargify or Stripe?

      Answer : Reach out to Christine Joy De Castro or your team leader and request access to Chargify or view access in Stripe.


      Question : Can I sell an RM trial to an existing AFY trial member, and vice versa?

      Answer : No, you cannot. 


      Question : Can I sell an RM trial to an existing AFY contracted or non-contracted member, and vice versa?

      Answer : Yes, you may. As long as the member is not on another trial membership. 


      Question : Can I sell a trial to a previous member?

      Answer : Yes, you may. As long as the last subscription was canceled more than six (6) months ago.
