This work process is intended for appointment setters and sales representatives as part of their due diligence. Appointment setters must check if a contact is an active member before attempting to set an appointment or sell a membership.
How to Check Membership Status

- Another way of checking if a contact has an active membership is to perform a NAME and EMAIL search in Chargify and in Stripe.
