Step 4: Comment Moderating

Both the Facebook and Instagram ads with generate a lot of comments. Most do not need any moderating.

The 2 types of messages we do address are those that contain offensive language toward the presenters or those asking about workshop price/different timeslot availability.

Offensive Comments:
Simply delete the comment

Genuine Inquiries:

  • Pricing Questions: Reply with something like, "The workshop is 100% Free to attend."
  • Additional Timeslot Question: Reply with something like, "We are constantly adding new times to our calendar. Be sure to click on the Learn More button closer to the time you are available to attend."
  • "Interested" Comment: You will see a lot of comments that simply say "Interested". You can reply back to them with something like, "Be sure to click on the Learn More" button to register for the free workshop!"
