      Placing Membership on hold in Chargify

      This article covers the process on how to place a subscription on hold in Chargify

      1. Search for the account in Chargify. From the customer account, select
      Put on hold from the Subscription Actions drop down menu. Chargify-1

       

      2.  Select Automatically Resume on then set the resume date.Chargify2
